Barry Williamson is a qualified Gas Installer and spent 15 years working in both domestic and commercial building in the UK. Having worked on some of London’s biggest projects in Docklands, Barry understands first-hand the intricate and challenging nature of major construction sites. Transitioning into recruitment in 2010, Barry has developed a skillset which is highly regarded in the civil construction and heavy industrial sectors.

With over 10 years of experience in recruitment, I bring a diverse background in talent acquisition across various industries, including civil infrastructure, marine, energy & resources, mining, technology, and blue-collar trades. There are a number of digital systems and tools with which to search for suitable candidates, but they are only as good as the user. We have received extensive training ourselves on search techniques from providers such as LinkedIn and Seek, and have been training both new and experienced Recruiters for many years.

Delivering Retained Search and Market Mapping projects require exceptional diligence. The client expects to see every piece of data available from the targeted companies and locations, so repeatedly delivering on these key requirements takes the highest level of attention to detail.
